everybody – I'm writing to tell you some great news. Frida Eklund will
be joining the GCCA Secretariat to take over Manish’s job as Outreach
Director. Many of you know Frida from her active involvement with GCCA
campaign initiatives, particularly in Copenhagen and Cancun.
Frida
comes to us from Oxfam where she has worked
to organise global
campaigns on climate change, food and land issues. She's been deeply
involved in the climate movement since 2009, and has also been part of a
small group starting up a parents climate action group in Sweden.
She starts next Monday (January 27) so please give her a big welcome. She can be reached at frida.eklund@gmail.com – I suggest you contact her directly rather than copying the whole list.
